When you book an appointment with me, you will receive a confirmation email with everything you need to know about your treatment. Your treatments include a free consultation and free top up appointment. Please keep in mind, I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule within this time, your deposit will be retained to cover the cost of your missed treatment. This is regardless of injury or illness. For top ups, if you cancel within 48 hours there is a £50 charge to rebook. If you are 15 minutes late or more, we will need to reschedule your appointment.
